1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Reload Transport Inc. (“Reload,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and personal information handled through reloadtrans.us, organic and advertising landing pages, driver applications, our recruiting customer-relationship-management (“CRM”) workflow and related calls, texts and email. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- name, U.S. telephone number and email address;
- driver category, equipment information, driving-experience range and application responses;
- confirmation that submitted information is accurate, contact authorization, the version of each disclosure presented, date, time and source page;
- communications with recruiting and information a recruiter records during follow-up, including assignment, contact status, qualification status and relevant notes.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser user-agent, device and technical information, date and time;
- pages viewed, referring page, landing-page URL and application interactions;
- campaign and attribution data such as UTM parameters, campaign/ad identifiers, Meta click identifiers,
_fbc,_fbpand related cookies when available; - a unique internal lead identifier, deduplication key, event identifiers and delivery status for CRM, email and advertising events.
Information from other sources
We may receive campaign, attribution or delivery information from advertising, analytics, email, hosting and communications providers, and application updates entered by authorized recruiters.
We do not request Social Security numbers, driver-license images, medical records or banking information through the initial website application. If additional qualification information is needed later, it will be requested separately through an appropriate process.
3. How We Use Information
- validate, receive, deduplicate, organize and respond to organic and paid driver applications;
- send an application acknowledgement and coordinate recruiter follow-up;
- assign applications to recruiters and record contact attempts, status changes and qualification outcomes;
- evaluate whether an applicant may meet current requirements and maintain an auditable history of recruiter actions;
- prevent duplicate, fraudulent, automated or abusive submissions;
- measure website, landing-page, campaign and recruiting performance;
- send browser and server-side measurement events, deduplicate matching events and return CRM qualification feedback to an advertising platform where permitted;
- improve forms, recruiting operations, reporting and advertising quality;
- maintain records, troubleshoot delivery, protect our systems and comply with applicable law.
Human qualification decisions
Advertising and analytics systems may help measure or improve which advertisements are shown, but they do not make the final qualification decision. Authorized Reload recruiters review applications and determine recruiting status under Reload’s applicable requirements.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the site, retain attribution identifiers, understand traffic and measure recruiting advertising. This may include Google analytics/tagging services and Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
When an application is successfully accepted, a browser event and a corresponding server event may be sent with the same event name and unique event identifier so the advertising platform can treat them as one action. Later recruiter qualification status may be sent as a separate CRM event to measure lead quality and improve campaign delivery. Reload does not intentionally create an advertising conversion merely because a thank-you page is opened, refreshed or revisited.
Browser controls and privacy tools may allow you to limit cookies or related processing. Blocking cookies may reduce attribution accuracy but should not prevent submission of an application. Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, you may submit a request as described below.
6. Calls, Text Messages and Email
When you submit a driver application and check the contact authorization, you authorize Reload to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide regarding your application and related recruiting process. Communications may include calls, text messages and email, including automated application acknowledgements or updates where used and permitted.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may reply STOP to an applicable text message to request that texts stop, and HELP for help. You may also contact us using the information below. A request to stop one communication channel does not prevent legally permitted or requested communication through another channel.
Application confirmation and recruiting messages are not a promise of employment or engagement. Marketing email, if any, will be handled separately in accordance with applicable requirements.
7. Retention and Security
We generally retain initial application and recruiting-workflow records for up to 24 months after the most recent meaningful recruiting activity, unless a longer period is required or reasonably necessary for an active relationship, legal obligation, claim, safety, fraud prevention or documented business need. Suppression records needed to honor communication opt-outs and limited event/audit records may be kept longer.
We use role-based access, restricted recruiter editing areas, administrator controls, account security, data minimization, duplicate controls, event logging and reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information; information about categories collected, purposes and recipients; or to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted-advertising or profiling activities. You may also withdraw authorization for future communications. Reload does not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To make a request or appeal a response, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. Describe the request and the state where you reside. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to verification.
To stop applicable text messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. A limited suppression record may be retained to honor an opt-out.
9. Children and Policy Updates
The website and driver application are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect driver applications from children. We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date and version above identify the policy currently presented.
